The Yonsei Open and Smart Education (OSE) Center, which is designed to help meet the challenges of changing paradigms in higher education, has opened its doors.  On November 26, the OSE Center’s opening ceremony was held in Baekyang Hall, with Yonsei President Jeong Kap-young and officials from the OSE Center and the Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) Committee in attendance.

             The OSE Center is expected to improve the quality of education, learning, research, and culture at Yonsei through the use of innovative information and communications technology (ICT). University officials believe the center will play a significant role in supporting Yonsei’s mission of cultivating global leaders for the twenty-first century.
