Foreign study abroad students enjoyed the festive mood of the Chuseok holidays at a sports event. An athletic competition among foreign exchange students was held on September 17th at the athletic field and gym of the International Campus by the Office of International Affairs in celebration of Chuseok holidays to strengthen bonds among foreign students. About 200 foreign students studying at Yonsei attended this day’s event. They also learned about traditional Korean culture and tasted traditional Korean food such as Songpyeon (special rice cake for Chuseok) and Shikhae. The students teamed up to participate in traditional Korean games such as Yut Nori, and sports games including a relay race, team jump rope, soccer, and OX quiz games.
