[INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS] Human Rights and Asian Brand Strategy

NEAN Forum Held with 170 Participants from 12 Nations NEAN (Northeast Asian Network), a forum where students from renowned universities in Korea, China and Japan, was held for five days from February 1. Organized by Yonsei students with thel of Yonsei Leadership Center, the forum made its 9th edition this year. 170 Students from 30 universities in Asian nations came to Yonsei to discuss the current issues such as human rights, CO2 emission rights and Asian brand strategy. The keynote speech was delivered by CEO of DuPont Asia Pacific Kim Dong-soo. Number of professionals and academics participated in the discussion, including Janice Lyn Marshall, the representative of the Seoul bureau of the UNHCR, Park Kyung-seo, President of Center for Peace Studies at Ewha Womans University, Kim Hyo-woon, director of climate change team in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trades, and Lee Jae-min, Vice President of Korea Eximbank.
