Coal briquettes were delivered by Yonseians to the people in need of warmth. On December 5, Yonsei’s student group ‘Totoro’, members from Yonsei Welfare Society and other 20 Yonsei students helped deliver coal briquettes with ‘Bapsang Gongdongche Yeontan Eunheng’(a coal briquette reserve for people in need) in Junghye-dong, Nowon-gu. The participation was to help protect and support families and old people in need who living in a poor economic condition. To deliver coal briquettes to narrow passages and to the edge of poor hillside village, some students had to carry an A-frame on their back while other students had to pull carts or use their own hands. Though they wore dirt and sweat from the work, the Yonsei students who participated in the program seemed glad to be there. One of the participants, Lee Kang-jae (freshman, College of Social Science), said, “The program was a chance for me to look back on myself and made me think again on living a life together with other people.
