Creating an International Network for Sustainable Building The College of Engineering Center for Sustainable Buildings (CSB, Director Leigh Seung-Bok) signed an MOU on January 29 with the University of Minnesota Center for Sustainable Building Research (Director John Carmody). The CSB had entered similar agreements with four universities in 2007: Tsinghua University Center for Building Energy Efficiency Research (Director Yi Jiang), University of New South Wales Center for Sustainable Construction (Director Deo K. Prasad), and the University of Tokyo Institute of Industrial Science Center for Development of Instrumentation Technology (Director Shinsuke Kato). Through the addition of this new member of its network, the CSB was able to build a stronger foundation for international research collaboration.
