The school banner of Yonhi College, former institution of Yonsei University, returns back to campus. On June 22nd, the banner was delivered to Mr. Park Jong-sung, chief director of the Korean Association of Albany in New York. The school banner was sighted by Mr. Ray Le Fever at Yonhi College on September 28th, 1950 during the Korean War and stored at Mr. Fever’s home in New York until June 22nd, 2011. The banner was delivered to Mr. Park at a Korean War U.S. Marine Veteran’s Gathering in Schenectady, New York. On September 28th, Mr. and Mrs. Fever and Mr. Park will be invited to the President’s Residential Hall on Sinchon campus, where Yonsei President Kim Han-joong will thank them for returning the banner.
