Office of General Affairs

Office of Admission selects talented students suitable for Yonsei educational goals, and strives to improve the university status and image, as well as contributes to the normalization of higher education. Also to eliminate the typical anxiety of student’s guardian due to the frequent change of way, with an emphasis on ensuring the reliability and stability of college admissions , we have implemented a variety of admission process types every year.

  • All work related to postal deliveries
  • Staff & Faculty pension, severance and health
    insurance payment affairs
  • Employee benefit fund, HR duties, a
  • Administration-management, contract worker
    affairs, Office regulations
  • Employee training, national and global workshops
    and business trips
  • Faculty recruitment, employment and other HR
    affairs

Facilities Team

  • Campus overall facility management
  • Convenience facilities, business management
  • Administer campus spacing, Construction
  • Space reservations
  • Manage Utility bills

Finance Team

  • Accounting for the income and expense
  • Management of expenses and funds
  • Work regarding utility bills and tax
  • Receipt of tuition and other incomes
  • Control and evaluation of the suitability of
    expenses
  • Management of corporate cards, internal
    transaction
  • Equipment and materials (for education, research
    and administration
  • Purchase of foreign capital, management of
    imported material
  • Management of facility construction, contracts
  • Purchase of exhausted goods
